摘　　要：液氧内压缩流程空分设备与氧气外压缩流程空分设备工艺流程不同,上塔提馏段氧气纯度调节方法差异较大。以马钢20000 m^(3)/h液氧内压缩流程空分设备为例,叙述内压缩流程空分设备工艺流程特点,详细分析内压缩流程空分设备氧气纯度各种不同的调节方法,介绍马钢20000 m^(3)/h内压缩流程空分设备热开车调纯阶段氧气纯度调节方法运用实例。The process flow of the liquid oxygen internal compression process air separation equipment and the oxygen external compression process air separation equipment are different,and the oxygen purity adjustment methods of the upper column distillation section differ greatly.This article takes Masteel 20000 m^(3)/h liquid oxygen internal compression process air separation equipment as an example,describes the characteristics of the internal compression process air separation equipment process flow characteristics,analyzes in detail the various adjustment methods of oxygen purity of the internal compression process air separation equipment,and introduces the application example of oxygen purity adjustment method in the hot start-up purification stage of Masteel 20000 m^(3)/h internal compression process air separation equipment.
