摘　　要：铝制板翅式换热器芯体钎焊质量是保证换热器质量及寿命的重要因素。简述了芯体钎焊缝脱焊的相关工艺研究,从零件公差、装配工艺及钎焊温度三个方面对焊缝质量进行分析,之后对纠正措施及质量成果进行了总结。The brazing quality of aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger core is an important factor to ensure the quality and service life of heat exchanger.This paper briefly describes the related process research of core brazing seam desoldering,analyzes the weld quality from three aspects:part tolerance,assembly process and brazing temperature,and then summarizes the corrective measures and quality achievements.
