摘 要:研究钼铁冶炼过程中焙烧钼精矿(氧化钼)中MoO_(2)对炉料还原剂及热值配比的影响。进行了钼铁冶炼能量衡算,试验验证物质及能量衡算的准确性。结果表明:1000 g焙烧钼精矿(品位57%)冶炼钼铁时,固定铝粉用量,MoO_(2)含量每升高1%,还原剂配比降低1.25%,炉料单位热效应下降14.53 kJ/kg左右。随着焙烧钼精矿中MoO_(2)含量的升高,炉料总氧量降低、热值降低,需降低还原剂配比的同时,提高炉料热值配比。The effect of molybdenum dioxide in roasted molybdenum concentrate(molybdenum oxide)on the calculation of charge reductant and calorific value ratio in ferromolybdenum smelting process is studied.The energy balance calculation of ferromolybdenum smelting is carried out,and the accuracy of material and energy balance calculation is verified by experiments.The results show that in the process of smelting ferromolybdenum with 1000 g molybdenum oxide(grade 57%),when the amount of aluminum powder is fixed,the proportion of reducing agent decreases by 1.25%and the unit thermal effect of furnace charge decreases by about 14.53 kJ/kg for every 1%increase of molybdenum dioxide content.The conclusion is drawn:with the increase of the proportion of molybdenum dioxide content,the total oxygen content and calorific value of the charge decrease.It is necessary to reduce the proportion of reducing agent and increase the proportion of calorific value of the charge at the same time.
