摘  要:现有大扭矩弹簧闸块离合器的支架轴套长度小于从动轮的轴向长度并正向安装,导致离合器仅靠其轴套内的两个支点来承受应力,运行100 h后就可能产生输出轴、键、键槽和离合器的轴套严重磨损而松动等可靠性问题。为此研制一种新型离心离合器并反向安装,其应力改由与输出轴迫紧的“线段”区域来分摊,能确保机件长时间正常运转。The length of the support shaft sleeve of the existing large torque spring brake block clutch is less than the axial length of the driven wheel and is installed in a positive direction,resulting in that the clutch bears the stress only by the two fulcrums in the shaft sleeve.After running for 100h,there are reliability problems such as serious wear and loosening of the output shaft,key,keyway and the shaft sleeve of the clutch.Therefore,a new type of centrifugal clutch is developed and installed reversely,and its stress is shared by the“line segment”area pressed tightly with the output shaft,which can ensure the normal operation of the parts for a long time.
