中医护理配合疼痛干预对痔疮患者术后疼痛程度和满意度的效果评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理配合疼痛干预对痔疮患者术后疼痛程度和满意度的效果。方法:随机抽取70例痔疮术后患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,各35例。对照组实施基础护理,观察组护理模式为中医护理配合疼痛干预,在护理满意度、疼痛程度两个方面对两组护理后的结果进行比较分析。结果:护理前,两组的VAS评分经对比,并无统计学意义,而对比观察组和对照组患者护理后的VAS评分,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义;统计分析护理满意度,观察组97.14%,对照组80%,明显观察组高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:痔疮患者术后采用中医护理配合疼痛干预可提升其满意度,缓解患者的疼痛感。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with pain intervention on postoperative pain and satisfaction of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods:70 patients with hemorrhoids after operation were randomly selected as the research object.The starting and ending time of the cases was from April 2019 to December 2019.According to the random number table method,70 patients were divided into two groups,namely the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic nursing,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with pain intervention.Results:(1)the VAS score of the observation group and the control group before nursing was not statistically significant,while the VAS score of the observation group and the control group after nursing was statistically significant;(2)The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,and that of the control group was 80%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing combined with pain intervention can improve the satisfaction of patients with hemorrhoids and relieve their pain.
