发育支持性护理干预对新生儿重症监护室早产儿胃肠道功能及生长发育水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析发育支持性护理干预对新生儿重症监护室早产儿的影响。方法:选2020年1月~2020年12月94例重症监护室早产儿进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(47例,发育支持性护理)与对照组(47例,常规护理)。对比胃肠道功能、生长发育水平、护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿开始经口喂养时间、腹胀消退时间、足量喂养时间显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组质量增长量、出生28d后睡眠时间显著高于对照组,住院时间显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:发育支持性护理可有效改善患儿胃肠道功能,提高患儿生长发育水平,提高了患儿家属对护理满意度,值得广泛推广。Objective:to analyze the effect of developmental supportive nursing intervention on premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:94 cases of premature infants in ICU from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(47 cases,development support nursing)and control group(47 cases,routine nursing).The gastrointestinal function,growth and development level and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:the oral feeding time,abdominal distension subsided time and sufficient feeding time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality growth,sleep time 28 days after birth and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:development support nursing can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of children,improve the growth and development level of children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s families,which is worthy of wide promotion.
