五禽戏联合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎情绪、失眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨五禽戏联合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者心理干预效果。方法:选取2020年2月20日至3月3日武汉市江汉开发区方舱医院收治的90例轻型或普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对对照组治疗的基础上每日练习五禽戏、经络拍打术两次,分别于治疗前后评估躯体化症状自评计分、中医证候疗效、失眠严重指数ISI计分、疫情情绪评估计分。结果:治疗后,两组患者分别在上述指标上较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.5),且治疗后两组间有显著性差异。结论:五禽戏辅助治疗能积极对COVD-19患者心理干预具有良性作用,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention in patients with COVID-19 treated with Wuqian opera.Methods:A total of 90 patients with mild or ordinary COVID-19 diagnosed in Fang Hang Hospital of Jianghan Development Zone of Wuhan City from February 20 to March 1,2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The observation group practiced Wuqian opera and meridian tapping twice a day on the basis of treatment for the control group.The somatization symptom self-evaluation score,TCM syndrome curative effect,insomnia severity index ISI score and epidemic emotion evaluation score were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in the above-mentioned indexes between the two groups(P<0.5),and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Wuqinxi adjuvant therapy has a positive effect on psychological intervention in patients with COVD-19 and improves their quality of life,which is worth further popularizing in clinic.
