摘　　要：短链脂肪酸作为生物体内广泛存在的小分子化合物,在物质新陈代谢、肠道菌落平衡、机体免疫调节等各种生命活动中扮演着重要角色。然而对短链脂肪酸进行精确的定性定量检测一直是研究人员希望解决的难题,短链脂肪酸的衍生化为此提供了便捷的方案。文章介绍了近年来通过衍生化方法对短链脂肪酸进行测定的研究进展,主要包括在气相色谱、液相色谱等检测短链脂肪酸的过程中使用衍生化试剂建立的分析方法,为寻找和开发效果更为优异的衍生化试剂,进而提高分析的灵敏度和准确度提供参考,并对未来短链脂肪酸定性定量分析的发展方向提出建议。Short-chain fatty acids,as small molecules that are widely found in living organisms,play an important role in various life activities such as substance metabolism,intestinal colony homeostasis,and immune regulation of the body.However,the precise qualitative and quantitative determination of short-chain fatty acids has been a challenge that researchers wish to solve,and the derivatization of short-chain fatty acids provides a convenient solution for this purpose.This paper represents the recent research progress on the determination of short-chain fatty acids by derivatization methods,mainly including the analytical methods established by using derivatization reagents in the process of detecting short-chain fatty acids in gaschromatography and liquid chro-matography,and provides a reference for finding and developingderivatization reagents with better effects,thus improving the sensitivity and accuracy of analysis,as well as the future development direction of qualitative and quantitative analysis of short-chain fatty acids.It also provides an outlook on the future development of qualitative and quantitative analysis of short-chain fatty acids.
