摘　　要：目的探讨一次性敷贴固定导尿管连接三通管在女性膀胱灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年6月—2021年4月吉安市中心人民医院行膀胱肿瘤电切术与膀胱灌注化疗的80例女性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组使用一次性8号导尿管进行膀胱灌注,观察组使用科室自行设计的无菌敷贴固定一次性8号导尿管连接三通管进行膀胱灌注,比较2组医护人员操作便捷度评分、患者舒适度评分以及化疗期间不良情况发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组医护人员操作便捷度评分及患者舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组化疗期间导尿管滑脱、化疗药物外渗发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论一次性敷贴固定导尿管连接三通管进行女性膀胱灌注化疗效果优于一次性8号导尿管常规膀胱灌注,能够有效提高患者舒适度并减少不良情况的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of one-time application of fixed urinary catheter and tee tube in female bladder perfusion chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 women with bladder cancer underwent bladder tumor resection and bladder perfusion chemotherapy in June 2020—2021 April.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used disposable No.8 catheter for bladder perfusion,and the observation group used aseptic dressing designed by our department to fix disposable No.8 catheter connected with tee tube for bladder perfusion.The operation convenience score,patient comfort score and the Incidence of adverse events during chemotherapy,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of operation convenience of medical staff and patient comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of catheter slippage and chemotherapeutic drug extravasation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference between data(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of one-time application of fixed catheter and tee tube for female bladder perfusion chemotherapy is better than that of routine bladder perfusion with one-time No.8 catheter.It can effectively improve the comfort of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
