摘　　要：该文以轧机减速机高速轴密封为研究对象,针对我司常用的减速机密封结构进行分析,提出有效防止高速轴漏油的措施,在现有迷宫密封结构的基础上改进设计了输入轴机械迷宫密封结构,很大程度降低我司减速机高速轴漏油案例的发生概率。Takes labyrinth seal of high speed shaft of rolling mill gearbox as an example, according to the analysis of frequently used gearbox sealing structure of our company, gives some effective solutions to prevent oil leakage of high speed shaft, based on present labyrinth sealing structure, redesigns a new labyrinth sealing structure of input shaft, oil leak rates of high speed shaft has dropped considerably of our company gearbox.
