摘　　要：介绍了《船舶涂料中有害物质限量》标准中有害物质制定的相关信息,并对标准的适用范围、产品分类、有害物质项目的设置、采用的国内外标准情况进行了解读。重点分析了5种有害物质:挥发性有机化合物(VOC)、限用溶剂、重金属、生物杀生剂含量、石棉含量的标准设置情况,最后介绍了标准实施情况,并且阐明了健康环保是当今船舶涂料的发展潮流。This paper introduces the relevant information on the formulation of harmful substances in the standard of GB 38469—2019 Limit of Harmful Substances of Marine Coatings,interprets the scope of application of the standard,product classification,the setting of harmful substance items and the adoption of domestic and foreign standards,and focuses on the standard setting of five harmful substances:volatile organic compounds(VOC),limited solvents,heavy metals,biocide and asbestos content.Finally,the implementation of the standard is introduced.It is illustrated that health and environmental protection are the development trend of marine coatings.
