疫情常态化期间预检分诊人员心理健康状况及压力源分析

摘　　要：目的:对疫情常态化下预检分诊人员的心理健康及压力源进行分析,为更好的促进其心理健康提供依据。方法:选取疫情发生后一直在门诊及住院处参与预检分诊的人员15人,采用心理健康自评量表(SRQ-20),广泛性焦虑量表(DAD-7)以及参考工作压力源量表自行设计的压力源量表进行评估。结果:12人轻度焦虑,女/男(8/4)=2倍。10人有明显的应激,女/男(7/3)=2.33倍。有10个压力源≧53%,其中工作责任很重和工作场所不安全,容易发生意外为100%。结论:需要对疫情常态化下预检分诊人员的心理健康及压力源进行重视、应对,尤其是女性。Objective:To analyze the mental health and stress sources of pre-screening triage personnel under the normal epidemic situation,so as to provide basis for better promotion of their mental health.Methods:Fifteen people who had been participating in the pre-triage in outpatient and inpatient departments after the outbreak of the epidemic were selected and evaluated by the mental health Self-rating scale(SRQ-20),generalized anxiety Scale(DAD-7)and the selfdesigned stress source scale based on the reference of stress source scale.Results:12 people had mild anxiety,female/male(8/4)=2 times.10 people had obvious stress,female/male(7/3)=2.33 times.There were 10 stressos that more than 8 people choosed,namely more than 53%,among which the work responsibility was very heavy and the workplace was unsafe,and the risk of accidents was 100%.Conclusion:It is necessary to pay attention to and deal with the mental health and stressors of pre-screening triage personnel under the normal epidemic situation,especially women.
