五禽戏联合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨五禽戏联合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月20日至3月3日武汉市江汉开发区方舱医院收治的90例轻型或普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对对照组治疗的基础上联合五禽戏治疗,观察两组干预后实验室检查、胸部CT的改变、核酸转阴天数及住院总天数。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组在白细胞计数、淋巴细胞绝对值、hs-CRP上与治疗前比较有显著性差异,且治疗后两组间有显著性差异;两组在新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间、住院总时间上均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组与治疗组肺部CT均较前好转,且无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:五禽戏辅助治疗能积极改善COVD-19患者临床指标,加快患者恢复功能,使用安全可靠,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Wuqian opera in the treatment of COVID-19.Methods:A total of 90 patients with mild or ordinary COVID-19 diagnosed in Fangdang Hospital of Jianghan Development Zone of Wuhan City from February 20 to March 1,2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The observation group practiced Wuqian opera and meridian beating twice a day on the basis of treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.The laboratory examination,the changes of chest CT,the days of nucleic acid negative conversion and the total days of hospitalization were observed in the two groups after intervention.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in white blood cell count,absolute value of lymphocytes and hs-CRP between the observation group and the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment,and there were significant differences in novel coronavirus nucleic acid negative time and total hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.05).The lung CT of the control group and the treatment group were improved,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant therapy of Wuqinxi can actively improve the clinical indexes of patients with COVD-19 and speed up the recovery of their function.it is safe and reliable to use,which is worth further popularizing in clinic.
