基于三焦学说论治肿瘤的思路

摘　　要：本文基于《内经》相关论述,结合近年运用《内经》三焦学说治疗肿瘤的相关研究成果,从现代三焦学说研究、三焦与肿瘤转移关系、基于三焦学说论治肿瘤等方面对当代运用《内经》三焦学说论治肿瘤的思路方法加以研究。研究认为,三焦乃实际存在的气血津液代谢途径,并能主持人一身气机之升降出入,三焦功能失司是促使肿瘤发生发展的重要因素,基于《内经》三焦学说论治肿瘤可调全身气机而祛瘀血、淤痰、滞气以达阻遏肿瘤病情恶化之佳效。医家须灵活运用脏腑三焦、部位三焦及辨证三焦之相系相关与论治特点,救治方可有理得道。Based on the relevant instructions in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, and referring to the related research results in recent years regarding the application of Triple Energizer theory for tumor treatment from Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, it studied the thought and method of contemporary application of Triple Energizer theory in tumor treatment from the aspects of modern Triple Energizer theory, the relationship between Triple Energizer and tumor metastasis and the treatment of tumors based on Triple Energizer theory. Studies have shown that Triple Energizer is the actual metabolic pathway of Qi, blood and body fluid, and can regulate the ascending, descending, entering and exiting of Qi movement of the whole body. The dysfunction of Triple Energizer is an important factor to induce the development and progression of tumors. The treatment based on Triple Energizer theory from Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon can regulate Qi movement of the whole body and eliminate blood stasis, stagnant phlegm and Qi stagnation, contributing to effective prevention of the deterioration of tumor. TCM practitioners should flexibly use the correlation and the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Zang-Fu viscera Triple Energizer, positional Triple Energizer and syndrome differentiation Triple Energizer, and only in this way can the treatment be reasonable.
