摘　　要：小檗碱是黄连等中药的主要有效成分,现已广泛用于肠道感染性疾病等的临床治疗。本文主要围绕黄连中小檗碱及在不同配伍环境下药代动力学参数分析及提高其生物利用度的方法来进行综述,为其能进一步开发更好被利用和临床合理用药提供依据。Berberine is the main active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicinal, such as Coptis chinensis, and has been widely used in the clinical treatment of intestinal infectious diseases and other diseases. This study mainly reviewed the analysis of berberine in Coptis chinensis and its pharmacokinetic parameters in different compatibility environments and methods to improve its bioavailability, so as to provide a basis for its further development and clinical rational application.
