摘　　要：目的探讨成人空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群血尿酸(SUA)与臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系,评估年龄、体质指数(BMI)、血压、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等因素对该关系的影响。方法选择2020年7月至2021年6月江苏省太湖疗养院健康体检的无锡地区成人空腹血糖异常人群2243例为研究对象,检测受试者BMI、血压、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、空腹血糖(FPG)、SUA等指标,并进行baPWV测定。采用多元线性回归分析评估SUA与baPWV之间关系。结果将SUA水平进行三等分组,相较于第一等分组患者(<313),第二等分组患者(313≤N2<383)、三等分组患者(≥383)的baPWV水平均增加(95%CI:68.83,115.99,P<0.001;95%CI:89.76,136.95,P<0.001)。按性别进行分层,女性组也得到相似的结果。结论无锡地区IFG人群SUA与baPWV呈现正相关关系,在女性人群中关联性较强。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in adults with impaired fasting glucose(IFG),and to evaluate the effects of age,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)on the relationship.Methods 2243 adults with abnormal fasting blood glucose in Wuxi area who underwent physical examination in Taihu Sanatorium of Jiangsu Province from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.Their BMI,blood pressure,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),SUA were tested and measured by baPWV.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between SUA and baPWV.Results The SUA levels were divided into three grades.Compared with patients in the first-grade group(<313),the levels of baPWV of patients in the second-grade group(313≤N2<383)and patients in the third-class group(≥383)increased(95%CI:68.83,115.99,P<0.001;95%CI:89.76,136.95,P<0.001).Stratified by sex,the female group also got similar results.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between SUA and baPWV in IFG population in Wuxi,and the correlation is strong in female population.
