摘　　要：通过检索CNKI、PubMed中针刺太冲穴脑功能核磁相关文献,归纳总结了生理状态下针刺太冲单穴、太冲配伍合谷穴、太冲配伍其他穴位所引起的脑功能磁共振成像的相关研究进展,并对病理状态下针刺太冲穴在治疗原发性高血压、痛症、抑郁症等多种病症中的脑功能磁共振研究加以综述。以期为今后太冲穴的临床运用及针刺太冲穴的脑功能效应机制研究提供参考。By searching the literature related to brain functional magnetic resonance imaging of acupuncture at Taichong Point in CNKI and PubMed,this paper summarizes the research progress of brain functional magnetic resonance imaging caused by acupuncture at Taichong single point,Taichong combined with Hegu point and Taichong combined with other points in physiological state,and summarizes the research on brain functional magnetic resonance imaging of acupuncture at Taichong point in the treatment of essential hypertension,pain,depression and other diseases in pathological state.It is expected to provide reference for the clinical application of Taichong point and the study of brain function effect mechanism of acupuncture Taichong point in the future.
