摘　　要：农业科技创新是提升我国农业科技核心竞争力,实现我国现代农业高质量发展、乡村全面振兴和农业农村现代化的科技支撑和重要保障。文章从世界科技前沿、国家重大需求、现代农业建设三个方面总结了我国农业科技创新获得的成就,指出了我国农业科技创新体系建设对抢占科技创新制高点、提升科技创新效能以及服务产业发展作出的贡献,并分别对中、美、法、日等四个世界农业先进国家的农业科技创新体系建设情况进行了综合评述,在此基础上,比较分析了四国创新体系建设的特点,并提出了农业科技创新体系建设在组织结构、投入来源、产出流动和工作机制四个方面的启示。Agricultural scientific and technical innovation supports and guarantees to enhance the core competitiveness of China′s agricultural science and technology.Also,it is vital for realizing the high-quality development of modern agriculture,the comprehensive rural revitalization and the agricultural and rural modernization in China.The achievements of China's agricultural scientific and technical innovation were summarized in the paper from three aspects,frontiers of world science and technology,significant national application demand,and construction of modern agriculture.In addition,the contribution of the construction of China's agricultural science and technology innovation system was pointed out,which included the commanding height and the effectiveness improvement of science and technology innovation and the development of the service industry.Meanwhile,the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation systems in four advanced agricultural countries was comprehensively reviewed,including China,the United States,France and Japan.On this basis,the characteristics of the construction of innovation systems in four countries were comparatively analyzed.The inspiration for constructing agricultural science and technology innovation systems was proposed in four aspects,i.e.,organizational structure,input sources,output flow and working mechanism.
