林果类农业科研院所科技成果转化实践与探索——以中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所为例

摘　　要：林果类农业科研院所作为农业科技成果转化的主体之一,需要加速推动科技成果转化应用。文章以中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所科技成果转化工作为例,梳理了“十三五”以来该研究所在体制机制创新、知识产权转让、示范基地建设、差异化区域服务、转化人才队伍建设等方面的主要举措、工作成效,并从建立成果转移转化应用新模式、创建科企融合发展联合体、更新观念适应新兴群体需求、加强成果转化服务团队建设等方面探索了林果类科技成果转化新途径,以期为农业科研院所提高林果类成果转化成效提供参考。As one of the main bodies of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,pomology research institutes need to accelerate the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements.Taking achievements transformation of Zhengzhou Pomology Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,main measures and results at the institute since the"13th Five-Year Plan"were reviewed in the paper,such as institutional innovation,intellectual property rights transfer,demonstration base construction,differentiated regional services,and construction of talent team of transformation.New measures of achievement transformation were explored,such as set up new achievements transformation model,creating a scientific research unit and enterprise development consortium,change idea to meet the needs of emerging groups,and strengthen construction of achievements transformation service team.This will provide reference for agricultural research institutes to improve the transformation effect of forest and fruit achievements.
