农业科研机构科研作风学风现状与建设对策研究——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：优良的科研作风学风是科技创新工作的“生命线”,是建设创新型国家和世界科技强国的根基,决定科技事业的成败。本研究围绕科研作风学风内涵,通过调查农业科研机构科研作风学风现状,剖析了科研作风学风建设工作中存在的问题,从加强政治引领和思想引领、完善制度建设、压实责任主体、推进科技评价体系改革等方面提出对策建议,以期为进一步加强科研作风学风建设工作提供思路。Excellent scientific research style and study style are the"lifeline"of scientific and technological innovation work,the foundation of building an innovative country and a world′s scientific and technological power,and it determine the success or failure of scientific and technological undertakings.Focused on the connotation of scientific research style and study style,the existing problems in the construction of scientific research style and style were analyzed by investigating the current situation of scientific research style and style in agricultural scientific research institutions.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of strengthening political guidance,ideological guidance,improving system construction,compacting responsible subjects,and promoting the reform of scientific and technological evaluation system.This will provide ideas for strengthening the construction of scientific research style and study style.
