摘 要:我国农业科研院所在农业科学研究领域和乡村振兴战略中占据非常重要的位置,但由于现行的农业生产较为传统,农业科技创新发展较为缓慢,对农业科研院所来说只有转变固有观念,加强与各级政府部门、高校、龙头企业、大型农业合作社、金融机构等联合,建立新的人才协同创新发展模式,才能推动科技成果落地,促进我国农业发展。文章以安徽省为例,探索农业科研院所在当前特殊的环境下如何在变局中开辟农业科技人才协同创新发展新格局,并从聚焦大平台、大项目引进和培养科技领军人才、建立一体化的工作运行机制等方面提出了促进农业科技人才协同创新的建议。In China,agricultural scientific research institutions occupy a very important position in the field of agricultural scientific research and the rural revitalization strategy.However,due to the relatively traditional agricultural production and the slow development of agricultural scientific and technological innovation,agricultural scientific research institutions can only change their inherent concepts by strengthening cooperation with government departments at all levels,scientific research institutions,leading enterprises,large agricultural cooperatives,financial institutions,etc.jointly establish a new collaborative and innovative development model,promote the implementation of scientific and technological achievements,and promote the development and progress of agriculture in China.Taking Anhui Province as an example,suggestions of how to open up the collaborative innovation and development of agricultural scientific and technological talents in the changing situation in the current special historical environment were put forward in the paper,i.e.,focus on large platforms and key programs,introduce and breed leading talents,construct uniform working and operating mechanism.
