摘 要:随着分类推进人才评价机制在全国范围内的改革和优化,建立健全符合农业行业自身特点的人才分类评价机制势在必行。文章通过分析省级农业科研人员分类评价现状及存在问题,提出了全覆盖、分主次、有约束的“两级”人才分类方式,以及因岗而异、与团队协同、推行代表作制度的人才评价方式,以期为农业科研单位人才队伍建设工作提供可参考的新思路。As the reform and optimization of the talent classification and evaluation in the whole society,it is imperative to establish and improve the talent classification and evaluation mechanism in line with the characteristics of the provincial agricultural industry.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of classification and evaluation of agricultural researchers,the"two-level"talent classification schemes with full coverage,primary and constraints were put forward.The talent evaluation methods based on different positions,teamwork and representative work were formulated,which aiming at providing a new way of thinking for the construction of talent team in agricultural science research units.
