浅析农业科研单位财务助理工作现状与对策——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：强化财务助理管理,切实发挥财务助理工作效能,对农业科研单位事业发展具有重要的现实意义。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,就农业科研单位实施财务助理制度情况、财务助理工作现状和存在的问题进行了有针对性的研究,并从明确岗位职责、制定激励政策、加强岗位培训、稳定财务助理队伍等方面提出了加强财务助理工作的对策,以提升专业化财务服务水平。Strengthening the management and raising the work efficiency of financial assistants are of great practical significance for the development of agricultural scientific research institutions.In this paper,taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an example,a targeted research was made on the implementation of the financial assistant system,the current work status,and the existing problems and challenges.Some suggestions to improve the service level were put forward,such as clarifying post responsibilities,formulating incentive policies,increasing post training and stabilizing the team of financial assistants,etc.
