摘  要:芳烃抽提装置环丁砜溶剂随着使用时间的延长,在使用过程中受温度、氧气、氯离子、水以及溶剂本身质量的影响,导致溶剂质量逐渐劣化,主要表现为溶剂颜色变深、杂质含量增加、pH值下降、胶质及氯离子含量增加。环丁砜溶剂质量劣化会导致装置操作发生波动,设备、管线腐蚀,溶剂选择性变差、消耗增加等。正常生产过程中,控制好系统温度、真空度、抽提原料氯离子含量、溶剂水含量等,只能在一定程度上缓解环丁砜溶剂质量的劣化,不能彻底改善溶剂质量。采用吸附过滤和离子交换相结合的在线净化技术,对环丁砜溶剂进行净化处理。净化后,溶剂外观由棕黑色变为红色透亮,pH值由6.8升至8.1,氯离子含量由35mg/L降至2.7mg/L,大于1μm的固体颗粒、焦(胶)状物含量由3785mg/L降至87mg/L,在线净化过程中溶剂损耗率为2.6%,满足指标要求。The quality of sulfolane solvent in aromatics extraction unit gradually degrade during use because it is affected by temperature,oxygen,chloride ion,water and the quality of the solvent itself,characterized by darker color of solvent,higher impurity content,lower pH value and higher colloid and chloride ion content.The quality degradation of sulfolane solvent will lead to operation fluctuations in the unit,corrosion of equipment and pipelines,poor solvent selectivity and higher consumption.During normal production,controlling the system temperature,the vacuum degree,the chloride ion content of extraction feedstock and the water content of solvent can only alleviate the quality degradation of sulfone solvent to a certain extent instead of completely improving the solvent quality.The online purification technology,which combines adsorption filtration with ion exchange,was adopted to purify the sulfolane solvent.After purification,the appearance of the solvent changed from brownish black to red and transparent,the pH value increased from 6.8 to 8.1,the chloride ion content decreased from 35mg/L to 2.7mg/L,the content of solid particles and coke(colloid)larger than 1μm decreased from 3785mg/L to 87mg/L,and the solvent loss rate during online purification was 2.6%,meeting the index requirements.
