摘 要:加氢反应器是高温高压临氢环境下服役的炼油等工业的重要设备,2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢是加氢反应器常用材料。板焊结构的加氢反应器在制造过程中,由于其化学成分的复杂性,焊接及热处理工艺可能会对材料的微观组织和力学性能产生影响,这是需要进一步深入研究的制造技术问题。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)微观分析方法和拉伸试验等研究,获得了高温塑性变形和焊后热处理对材料微观组织、力学性能和氢脆敏感性的影响规律。考虑到加氢反应器在制造和服役过程中,氢对材料性能会产生影响,试验研究了充氢条件下筒体卷制变形和焊后热处理对材料性能的影响。揭示了加氢反应器焊接工艺与抗氢脆性能的关联机制,从高温成形、焊接、热处理等方面分别提出了质量调控方法,为保证容器制造质量提供理论依据。Hydrogenation reactor is an important oil refining equipment operating in hydrogen environment under high temperature and high pressure.2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel is a common material used for hydrogenation reactor.In the manufacturing of the hydrogenation reactor with plate welding structure,due to the complexity of its chemical composition,welding and heat treatment process may have an influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material,which is a problem of manufacturing technology needing to be further studied.The influence rules of high temperature plastic deformation and post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties and susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement of materials were studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and tensile test.Considering the influence of hydrogen on material properties during the manufacturing and operating process of hydrogenation reactor,the experimental investigation of effects of cylinder rolling deformation and post-weld heat treatment on material properties was carried out with hydrogen charged.The correlation mechanism between welding process of hydrogenation reactor and hydrogen embrittlement resistance was revealed,and the quality control methods were discussed from the aspects of high temperature forming,welding and heat treatment,which provide the theoretical basis for ensuring manufacturing quality of hydrogenation reactor.
