摘 要:以316H奥氏体耐热钢为研究对象,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜,研究了模拟焊后热处理温度对奥氏体耐热钢组织及性能影响。研究结果表明,随着模拟焊后热处理温度升高,材料内部位错密度降低,造成材料的常温及短时高温强度降低;而晶界析出相的数量同样随着温度的升高而减少,其形状也由长条状过渡至短棒状乃至颗粒状,并最终不再析出,材料的常温韧性提高,但由于析出相钉扎晶界作用的逐渐消失,晶粒开始长大,进一步造成材料常温及短时高温强度的降低。With 316H austenitic heat-resistant steel as the research object,the effect of simulated post-weld heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of austenitic heat-resistant steel 316H was studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The research results show that with the increase of the simulated post-weld heat treatment temperature,the dislocation density in the 316H decreases,resulting in the decrease of the strength of the 316H at normal temperature and short-time high temperature.However,the number of precipitates at grain boundaries also decrease with the increase of temperature,and their shapes also change from long strips to short rods and even grains,and finally they no longer precipitate.The toughness of the 316H at room temperature increases,but due to the gradual loss of the action of precipitates binding grain boundaries,the grains begin to grow,further resulting in the decrease of material strength at normal temperature and short-time high temperature.
