摘  要:肠上皮最重要的作用之一是消化摄入的饲料,吸收营养,同时上皮细胞为病原体、毒素和变应原从腔体扩散到黏膜组织提供了生化-物理屏障。屏障完整性的缺陷会强烈激活免疫细胞,导致肠道组织慢性炎症,而当屏障受损时,内毒素等炎症分子可通过循环到达不同器官,在非肠道疾病如酒糖尿病、肥胖、慢性肾病等发病机制中发挥作用。紧密连接在肠道屏障功能中起重要作用,其中肠上皮细胞中的紧密连接由不同的连接分子组成,它们调控相邻细胞中水、离子和大分子的细胞旁通透性。为了进一步了解肠道屏障的作用以及相关影响因素,本文综述了饲料中营养物质因素对肠道功能和健康的调节作用。One of the most important roles of the intestinal epithelium is to digest ingested feed and absorb nutrients,while the epithelial cells provide biochemical and physical barriers to the spread of pathogens,toxins,and allergens from the lumen to the mucosal tissues.Defects in barrier integrity strongly activate immune cells,leading to chronic inflammation of intestinal tissue,while when the barrier is damaged,inflammatory molecules such as endotoxin can be circulated to different organs and play a role in the pathogenesis of non-intestinal diseases such as alcohol diabetes,obesity,chronic kidney disease and other diseases.Tight junctions play an important role in intestinal barrier function,where tight junctions in intestinal epithelial cells consist of different junction molecules that regulate the paracellular permeability of water,ions,and macromolecules in adjacent cells.In order to further understand the role of intestinal barrier and related influencing factors,this paper reviewed the regulatory effects of dietary nutrients on intestinal function and health.
