摘 要:文章旨在研究不同营养补饲和保温方式对蜂群繁殖的影响,试验将贵州本地中蜂36群随机分为12组,分别进行营养和保温对比试验,每隔12 d测定封盖子量,对比分析蜂群繁殖速度。结果表明,饲喂营养饲料可提高蜂群繁殖速度,饲喂白糖+花粉提高蜂群繁殖速度最快,封盖子量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);饲喂白糖组封盖子数量与蛋白饲料组差异显著(P<0.05);保温组封盖子量与不保温组差异显著(P<0.05),泡沫保温更有利于蜂群繁殖,保温的同时增加营养补充可进一步提高蜂群繁殖。结论,营养补充饲喂和保温可提高蜂群繁殖速度,繁殖期间同时补充糖饲料和蛋白饲料,并采用泡沫加强蜂群保温,可显著加快蜂群繁殖,更有利于蜂群发展。The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of different nutritional supplement and heat preservation methods on colony reproduction,36 similar population colonies in local Guizhou were randomly divided into 12 groups.Carry out the nutrition and heat preservation comparative tests.The sealed brood amount of each group was measured every 12 days to compare and analyze colony reproduction speed.The results showed that Feeding with nutritional could significantly improve the reproduction speed of colony,and the amount of sealed brood was significantly higher than the blank group(P<0.05).Feeding sugar fodder was more effective than protein fodder(pollen or Feng Naifeng)in promoting colony reproduction.Heat preservation could effectively promote colony reproduction.The amount of sealed brood in heat preservation treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank non heat preservation group(P<0.01).Under the same heat preservation conditions,nutritional supplement could significantly improve colony reproduction.Nutritional supplementary feeding and heat preservation can significantly improve the propagation speed of colony.During propagation stage of honeybees in Spring,sugar and protein fodder supplemented feeding and then with strengthened heat preservation for colony,which can effectively improve colony propagation and more conducive to development.
