摘 要:为揭示奶水牛分娩前后血浆瘦素(leptin,LEP)与部分氧化/抗氧化指标的变化特征及其意义,本试验采用动态监测方法,选择南宁市某牛场的水牛11头,分析产前1周至产后6周内血浆LEP、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、丙二醛(MDA)的水平,产后逐日测定产奶量,分析其平均值、变异情况、动态变化特点及各指标间的相关性。结果显示,LEP平均值为1.26 ng/mL、CAT平均值为0.14 U/mL、GPX平均值为105.26 umol/L、SOD平均值为36.68 U/mL、TAC平均值为0.54(OD值)、MDA平均值为7.76 nmol/mL。变异系数以SOD最小(0.18)、GPX最大(0.66)。LEP在分娩当天达峰值,产后2周降到低谷,之后出现次波峰。TAC、CAT、GPX、SOD在产后3周降到最低,之后渐升,MDA产后1周降至低谷,产后3周接近峰值。产奶量2周内急增,之后趋于平稳。相关性分析为SOD-TAC,CAT-GPX间呈极显著正相关,MDA-SOD间呈极显著负相关。综上所述,LEP作为能量调节信号,水牛LEP在分娩与产后出现明显波动,且在产后2周内幅度最大,结合产奶量变化提示,此时能量调节力度最大。抗氧化水平在产后3周最低,因此,加强分娩与产后营养管理非常必要。这些数据可为奶水牛临床健康检查与管理提供参考。To reveal the change characteristicsand significance of plasma leptin(lep)and partial oxidation/antioxidantlevels in milk buffalo around parturition,Dynamic monitoring method was adopted in this experiment,11 buffalo were selected from a farm in Nanning in this study.Plasmalevel of leptin(LEP),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPX),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were weekly analyzedfrom 1 wk before to 6 wksafter parturition,milk yield was daily measured.The mean,variations,dynamic characteristics and correlation were analyzed.Results,the mean of LEP was 1.26 ng/mL,CAT 0.14 U/mL,GPX 105.26 umol/L,SOD 36.68 U/mL,TAC 0.54(OD value),and MDA 7.76 nmol/mL.The coefficient of variation was the lowest SOD(0.18)and the highest GPX(0.66).LEP reached its peak on the dayof parturition,decreased thento its trough 2 wkspostpartum,and then there's a secondary crest.TAC,CAT,GPX,and SOD decreased to its lowest level at 3 wks,and then gradually increased.MDA decreased to its lowest level at 1 wk pp,and approached its peak at 3 wkspostpartum.Milk production increased sharply within 2 wks and then leveled off.Thecorrelationanalysis showed that SOD-TAC,CAT-GPX had a very significant positive correlation,and MDA-SOD had a very significant negative correlation.In conclusion,as an energy regulation signal,LEP of buffalo fluctuates significantly during partum and postpartum,and the amplitude is the largest within 2 weeks postpartum.Combined with changes in milk yield,it indicates that energy regulation is the strongest at this time.The antioxidant level is the lowest at 3 weeks postpartum,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the nutrition management during calving and postpartum.These data can provide reference for clinical health examination and management of milk buffalo.
