摘 要:本试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对生茸期梅花鹿生产性能、血清生化、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响,为梅花鹿的健康养殖提供新方案。采用单因素随机区组试验设计,选取12头3岁龄健康雄性梅花鹿[平均体重为(74.79±0.78)kg],分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头,组间体重差异不显著,其中对照组(SC)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(ST)每日额外饲喂10 g/头的中草药添加剂,预饲期7 d,正式饲喂7周至梅花鹿二杠茸收割。结果表明,1)与SC组相比,ST组的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)与SC相比,ST组的血清葡萄糖含量显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与SC组相比,ST组过氧化氢酶和总超氧化物歧化酶的活力显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与SC相比,ST组的免疫球蛋白G显著提高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白M无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,饲粮中每日添加10 g/头中草药添加剂可以显著提高生茸期梅花鹿血清过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活力和免疫球蛋白G含量,提高机体抗氧化和免疫功能。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the production performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune function of sika deer during the antler growing period,and to provide a new solution for the healthy breeding of sika deer.A single factor of trial was designed.12 healthy sika deer aged of 3 year were divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 per replicate,There was no significant difference in body weight between groups.The control group(group SC)was fed basal diet,Each sika deer in the experimental group(group ST)was additionally fed 10g/d of Chinese herbal medicine additives.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,Formally fed for 7 weeks until the sika deer antlers are harvested.The results showed as follows:1)Compared with the group SC,there was no significant difference in the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed/gain of the group ST(P>0.05).2)Compared with group SC,the content of glucose in group ST was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with group SC,the activities of catalase and total superoxide dismutase in group ST were significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with group SC,immunoglobulin G in group ST was significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M(P>0.05).In summary,under the experimental conditions,10g/d of Chinese herbal medicine additives each sika deer in the diet can significantly increase the activities of catalase,superoxide dismutase and immunoglobulin G of sika deer during the antler growing period,and improve the body’s antioxidant and immune functions.
