摘 要:文章旨在探讨不同有机钙水平日粮对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及骨钙含量的影响。试验将65周龄、产蛋率一致的608只海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复38只。4组蛋鸡在为期8周的饲养试验期间以柠檬酸钙的形式饲喂钙水平为2.0%、2.5%、3.0%和3.5%的日粮。结果:与2%钙组相比,3.0%钙组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著提高4.51%(P<0.05),破蛋率显著降低12.66%(P<0.05)。3%钙组蛋鸡料蛋比较3.5%钙组显著降低3.65%(P<0.05)。3.0%和3.5%钙组鸡蛋蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度及储存7 d后哈夫单位显著高于2.0%钙组(P<0.05),而2.0%钙组蛋壳厚度表现最低(P<0.05)。3.0%和3.5%钙组胫骨强度较2.0%钙组分别显著提高7.03%和6.21%(P<0.05),同时胫骨钙含量分别显著提高3.90%和4.30%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮以柠檬酸钙的形式添加3.0%钙时可改善产蛋率和饲料效率,提高蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度,进而降低破蛋率。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different calcium levels on performance,egg quality and bone calcium content of laying hens during late laying period.A total of 608 Hy-Line brown laying hens aged 65 weeks with the same laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 38 laying hens per replicate.Laying hens in the four groups were fed diets with calcium levels of 2.0%,2.5%,3.0%and 3.5%,respectively,during the 8-week feeding experiment.Results:Compared with 3%Ca group,laying rate of laying hens in 3.0%Ca group was significantly increased by 4.51%(P<0.05),and egg breaking rate was significantly decreased by 12.66%(P<0.05).Compared with 3.5%Ca group,feed eggs of laying hens in 3%Ca group were significantly decreased by 3.65%(P<0.05).Yolk color,eggshell strength and Haugh unit after 7 days of storage in 3.0%and 3.5%Ca groups were significantly higher than those in 2.0%Ca group(P<0.05),while eggshell thickness in 2.0%Ca group had the lowest performance(P<0.05).Compared with 2.0%Ca group,the tibia strength in 3.0%and 3.5%Ca groups was significantly increased by 7.03%and 6.21%(P<0.05),respectively,and the tibia calcium content was significantly increased by 3.90%and 4.30%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusions:Under experimental conditions,dietary calcium level of 3.0%(calcium citrate)can improve laying rate and feed efficiency,increase eggshell thickness and eggshell strength,and reduce egg breaking rate of laying hens.
