摘　　要：科技创新对提升饲料中小企业的管理水平具有举足轻重的作用。相对于大型饲料企业而言,中小企业面对的竞争压力更大,更需通过科技创新来提升企业的核心竞争力。通过分析饲料中小企业科技创新发展面临的挑战,提出了提升科技创新能力的主要策略,对提升饲料中小企业的核心竞争力,保留和引进高质量创新人才和加速企业可持续发展具有重要的理论价值。Technological innovation plays a pivotal role in improving the management level of small and mediumsized feed enterprises.Compared with large feed enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises face greater competitive pressure and need to improve their core competitiveness through technological innovation.By analyzing the challenges faced by the small and medium-sized feed enterprises,this article proposes the main strategies to effectively improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation.It has great value of improving the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized feed enterprises,retaining and introducing high-quality innovative talents and accelerating the sustainable development of enterprises.
