摘 要:文章旨在评估发酵残渣对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验将576只产蛋性能一致的海兰粉壳蛋鸡(46周龄)分为3组,每组192只,每32只蛋鸡为1个重复。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,处理组蛋鸡分别饲喂基础日粮+1.5%和3.0%发酵植物残渣混合物,发酵植物残渣由五味子、松针和韭菜的残渣混合物组成,各组日粮主要营养成分保存一致。结果:与对照组相比,3%发酵植物残渣组蛋鸡的平均日采食量显著提高2.75%(P<0.05)。3%发酵植物残渣组蛋壳相对重量和哈夫单位较对照组分别显著提高5.93%和2.18%(P<0.05)。1.5%发酵植物残渣组蛋鸡血清磷浓度较对照组显著提高24.45%(P<0.05),同时1.5%和3%发酵植物残渣组蛋鸡血清IgM浓度较对照组分别显著提高33.40%和33.74%(P<0.05)。结论:蛋鸡日粮中补充3%发酵植物残渣可改善其采食量、蛋壳相对重量及哈夫单位,提高血清磷及IgM浓度。This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of fermented plant residues mixture on laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens.A total of 57646-week-old laying hens with the same laying performance were randomly divided into 3 groups with 192 hens,and 32 hens in 6 replicates per group.Laying hens in control group were fed the basal diet,while laying hens in treatment group were fed the basal diet+1.5%and 3.0%fermented plant residues,respectively.The main nutritional costs of the diets were consistent.Results:Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of laying hens in 3%fermented plant residues group was significantly increased by 2.75%(P<0.05),but the relative weight of liver of laying hens in 1.5%and 3%fermented plant residues groups was decreased by 8.24%and 12.94%(P<0.05).The abdominal fat relative weight of laying hens in 1.5%fermented plant residue group was significantly decreased by 19.14%(P<0.05).Compared with control group,eggshell relative weight and Haugh unit in 3%fermented plant residue group were significantly increased by 5.93%and 2.18%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the serum phosphorus concentration of laying hens in 1.5%and 3%fermented plant residues groups was significantly increased by 24.45%(P<0.05),and the serum IgM concentration of laying hens in 1.5%and 3%fermented plant residues groups was significantly increased by 33.40%and 33.74%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Supplementation of 3%fermented plant residues in the diet of laying hens can improve feed intake,eggshell relative weight and Haugh unit,and increase serum phosphorus and IgM concentrations.
