摘 要:本文基于2008—2019年黄河流域37个资源型城市的面板数据,运用Super-SBM模型测算黄河流域资源型城市生态效率水平,并通过构建空间杜宾模型实证研究绿色金融发展水平对生态效率提升的影响及空间溢出效应。实证结果表明:黄河流域资源型城市生态效率空间分布格局为“上游低、中下游高”;绿色金融发展对生态效率提升的影响关系为先促进后抑制,即倒U形关系,对周边城市空间溢出呈U形关系。进一步研究发现,绿色金融发展对黄河流域四类资源型城市生态效率影响程度存在明显差异。基于研究结论,提出适当扩大绿色金融覆盖面、丰富绿色金融产品等相关建议。Based on the panel data of 37 resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2008 to 2019,this paper uses the Super-SBM model to measure the eco-efficiency level of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin,and empirically investigates the impact of green finance development level on eco-efficiency enhancement and spatial spillover effects by constructing a spatial Durbin model.The empirical results show that the spatial distribution pattern of eco-efficiency in resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin is "low in the upper reaches and high in the middle and lower reaches";the relationship of green financial development on eco-efficiency enhancement is firstly promoted and then inhibited,i.e.inverted U-shaped relationship,and the spatial spillover to neighboring cities is Ushaped relationship.Further study finds that there are significant differences in the degree of impact of green finance development on eco-efficiency of four types of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the findings,relevant suggestions such as appropriately expanding the coverage of green finance and enriching green financial products are proposed.
