摘 要:镧在农业、工业、医学和其他领域应用广泛,随着镧的大量开采、精选、加工,其在环境基质、植物、动物体内出现累积效应,过量镧的摄入对机体会产生不利影响,且对不同系统、器官、组织的影响不一。本文结合近年来国内外研究文献,从镧对神经系统、生殖系统、胚胎发育、血管舒缩功能的影响等方面进行综述。文献复习结果表明,体内镧浓度过高可增加血脑屏障通透性,损伤中枢神经系统的学习、记忆功能;增加血睾屏障通透性、影响精子发生;通过胎盘屏障影响胚胎发育。其机制可能与镧引起细胞钙稳态失衡、增强氧化应激、促进细胞凋亡有关。这些结果表明,镧在体内过度蓄积会引起神经、生殖、发育及血管功能损害,持续监测矿区及附近区域环境镧浓度,有利于减少镧对当地居民健康的影响。Lanthanum is widely used in agriculture,industry,medicine and other fields.As lanthanum is mined,selected and processed in large quantities,its cumulative effects occur in environmental matrix,plants and animals,and excessive intake of lanthanum can have adverse effects on the organism,and it has different effects on different systems,organs and tissues.This article reviewed the effects of lanthanum on nervous system,reproductive system,embryonic development and vasomotor function.The results of literature review showed that high concentration of lanthanum in vivo could in⁃crease the permeability of blood-brain barrier and could damage the learning and memory function of central nervous sys⁃tem;Increase the permeability of blood testis barrier and affect spermatogenesis.It could also affect embryonic develop⁃ment through the placental barrier.The mechanism may be related to the imbalance of calcium homeostasis caused by lan⁃thanum,the enhancement of oxidative stress and the promotion of apoptosis.These results showed that excessive accumu⁃lation of lanthanum in the body would cause damage to the nervous system,reproduction,embryonic development and vas⁃cular function.Continuous monitoring of environmental lanthanum concentration in the mining area and nearby areas is conducive to reducing the impact of lanthanum on local residents.
