摘 要:目的探讨一种针对T2DM患者相对便捷、准确的最大摄氧量(VO_(2)max)测试方法。方法选取2019年3月至2020年11月于东南大学附属中大医院内分泌科住院的T2DM患者51例,采用YMCA功率车(YMCA)和本研究设计的4 min快速功率车测试心肺功能。通过YMCA测试得到VO_(2)max标准值;4 min快速功率车测试男性从60瓦(W)开始,女性从30 W开始,每30 s增加10 W,持续4 min测试完成后,通过既有公式计算VO_(2)max。结果通过既有公式所得4 min快速功率车测试的VO_(2)max高于YMCA测试结果,二者高度相关(r=0.80),通过构建线性方程得到4 min快速功率车的VO_(2)max推算公式,所得结果与YMCA结果相比,一致性较好。结论采用4 min快速功率车测试,采用特定算法计算VO_(2)max,可有效反映T2DM患者心肺功能。Objective To explore a relatively convenient and accurate test to measure maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2)max).Methods A total of 51 hospitalized patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)were enrolled in this study from the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Southeast University during March 2019 to November 2020.All subjects were tested with YMCA stationary cycling test and the 4-minute fast stationary cycling test designed in this study.The standard value of VO_(2)max was obtained by YMCA test.The 4-minute test started from 60 W for men and 30 W for women,with an increase of 10 W every 30 seconds,and lasted for 4 minutes.VO_(2)max was calculated by the existing formula after the 4-minute test is completed.Results The VO_(2)max of 4-minute test calculated by existing formula was higher than that of YMCA,but both of them were highly correlated(r=0.80).Through the establishment of linear equation,the formula of VO_(2)max of 4-minute could be further modified.And the modified formula had good consistency with the VO_(2)max measured by YMCA method.Conclusion Through the 4-minute fast cycling cardiorespiratory fitness,the VO_(2)max could be calculated by specific algorithm,and could effectively reflect the cardiopulmonary function of T2DM patients.
