中长导管对减少继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者术后静脉血栓形成的效果

摘　　要：目的探究中长导管对减少继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者术后静脉血栓形成的有效性。方法选取继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者140例的临床资料进行分析,将其静脉输液通路分为中长导管组(70例)和静脉留置针组(70例),观察不同组间患者静脉补液出现的不良反应。结果静脉留置针组与中长导管组出现静脉血栓的患者中凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间和纤维蛋白原等此类影响静脉血栓形成的指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静脉炎、静脉血栓以及液体渗出在两组患者发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。静脉留置针组患者发生静脉炎、静脉血栓以及液体渗出的发生率均显著高于中长导管组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者术后选用静脉输液通路时使用中长导管优于静脉留置针,中长导管能有效减少继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者术后静脉血栓的发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of midline catheter on reducing postoperative venous thrombosis in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods Clinical data of 140 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism were retrospectively analyzed.They were assigned into midline catheter group(n=70)and vein detained needle group(n=70),according to the intravenous administration route.Adverse events in both groups were observed.Results No significant difference in the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time or fibrinogen were detected between midline catheter group and vein detained needle group(all P>0.05).The incidence of fluid exudation was significantly higher in vein detained needle group than that of midline catheter group(P<0.05).Conclusion The midline catheter is superior to the vein detained needle in postoperative patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.The midline catheter effectively reduces the incidence of postoperative venous thrombosis.
