摘 要:河北省民营企业发展活力强劲,发展动力十足,其规模、行业、岗位差异导致人才需求差别较大,传统行业更青睐于“年长员工”,对本科及硕士以上高学历人才需求略有增长,实体行业薪资明显下滑,搭上互联网快车的行业薪资有明显增长,但也存在薪酬待遇制约人才引进、人才供需结构性矛盾突出、高学历人才短缺、对人才评价工作重视不足等问题,需要通过进一步加大民营企业人才扶持力度、开展民营企业人才培养工程、充分发挥职称评价“指挥棒”作用、持续优化民营企业人才服务方式等举措加以改进。Private enterprises in Hebei Province have strong development vitality and development momentum.Their scales,industries,and positions vary greatly in the demand for talents.Traditional industries prefer“elderly employees”,and have a slight increase in the demand for talents with a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree or above.The real economy’s salary significantly declines,and salaries of industries getting a lift onto the fast track of Internet significantly increase,but there are also problems such as salary constraining talents introduction,prominent structural contradiction between talents supply and demand,shortage of highly educated talents,and insufficient attention to talents evaluation work.Improvements need to be made by further increasing the support for talents in private enterprises,carrying out talents fostering projects in private enterprises,giving full play to the role of the“baton”in professional title evaluation,and continuously improving the service modes for talents in private enterprises.
