京张体育文化旅游带绿色发展路径探索

摘　　要：建设京张体育文化旅游带是推进京津冀协同发展的重要抓手,坚持绿色发展理念是京张体育文化旅游带高质量发展的内在要求。近年来,在冬奥前景驱动下,京张两地在交通、环境、产业、公共服务等领域合作不断深入,取得了积极成效,但也暴露出软实力不足等问题。文章在深入调研基础上,以新发展理念为指导,坚持问题导向,从牢树理念、夯实基础、增强技术、扬长优势、发展绿色经济、提升核心竞争力、生态联动、打造新地标八个方面提出加快京张体育文化旅游带绿色发展的对策建议。Constructing the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt is an important approach to advance the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.Adhering to the concept of green development is the inherent requirement of high-quality development of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt.In recent years,driven by the prospect of the Winter Olympics,the cooperation between Beijing and Zhangjiakou in transportation,environment,industry,public services and so on has been deepening with positive results achieved,but the problem of rapid hardware construction and insufficient soft power has been exposed.Based on in-depth surveys,guided by the new development philosophy,and problem-oriented,this paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions to accelerate the green development of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt in the eight aspects of firmly adhering to the philosophy,laying a solid foundation,enhancing technology,giving full play to advantages,developing green economy,improving core competitiveness,ecological collaboration and building new landmarks.
