摘  要:气体的黏度受温度和压强的影响,当海拔升高时,气体动力黏度与运动黏度增大,大气中的分子就会减少,从而导致热传递的减少。基于此,对某国外地热发电项目10 kV断路器高原温升型式试验未通过事件进行了研究,介绍了型式试验过程。经事故分析与现场检查,发现是该断路器动触头横截面积过小导致了散热不均匀而引发的温度超过标准值,给出了增加断路器动静触头面积的整改措施,结合IEC标准给出的电气参数特性并通过了该项型式试验,确保了该项目核心配套设备的可靠性及冗余性。The viscosity of gas is affected by temperature and pressure.When the altitude increases,the dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity of gas increase,and the molecules in the atmosphere will decrease,resulting in the reduction of heat transfer.Based on this,the failure event of the temperature rise test of 10 kV circuit breaker in plateau of a foreign geothermal power generation project was studied,and the type test process was introduced.Through accident analysis and on-site inspection,it was found that the temperature exceeded the standard value due to uneven heat dissipation caused by too small cross-sectional area of moving contact of the circuit breaker.The rectification measures of increasing the area of static and dynamic contact in the optimized position of the circuit breaker are given.Combined with the characteristics of electrical parameters given by IEC standards,the type test is passed,which ensures the reliability and redundancy of the core supporting equipment of the project.
