摘  要:为开发能带负荷分合闸的高压熔断器,设计具有过零延时灭弧结构的10 kV高压跌落式熔断器,并对其开断过程展开研究。现有的熔断器带载分合闸时,触头间易产生电弧引起触头烧蚀,甚至发生电弧持续燃烧无法分断;串联高压硅堆后,相同条件下有载开断过程可靠性得到大幅上升,有效切断电弧能量注入,使触头间“零休”延长,错过弧后快速上升恢复电压,促进触头间隙介质绝缘恢复,对降低触头间隙击穿概率、改善弧后介质恢复特性十分有利。In order to develop high-voltage fuse capable of opening and closing with load,the 10 kV high-voltage drop fuse with zero crossing delay arc extinguishing structure is designed,and its breaking process is studied.When the existing fuse is opened and closed with load,it is easy to produce an arc between the contacts,causing contact ablation,and even continuous arc combustion,which cannot be broken.After the high-voltage silicon stack is connected in series,the reliability of on load breaking process is greatly improved under the same conditions,which effectively cuts off the arc energy injection and prolongs the"zero break"between contacts.The rapid rise of recovery voltage after missing arc and promoting the dielectric insulation recovery of contact gap are very beneficial to reduce the breakdown probability of contact gap and improve the dielectric recovery characteristics after arc.
