摘  要:M701F4单轴联合循环机组配套的中压汽包容积较小,在机组热态启动过程中极易发生中压汽包水位大幅波动现象。在分析影响中压汽包水位的各因素后,提出汽轮机旁路控制参数优化、汽轮机中压主汽调阀控制参数优化、中压汽包给水调阀控制参数优化的联合解决方案,其中汽轮机中压主汽调阀控制参数优化对解决燃气机组类似中压汽包水位控制问题有一定的参考价值。M701F4 uniaxial combined cycle unit has a small volume of medium pressure drum,and it is easy to have large fluctuation of water level of medium pressure drum during the hot start of the unit.After analyzing the factors affecting the water level of medium pressure drum,a joint solution for optimization of turbine bypass control parameters,optimization of control parameters for medium pressure main steam control valves and optimization of control parameters for medium pressure drum feedwater control valves is proposed.Among them,the optimization of control parameters of steam turbine intermediate pressure main steam regulating valve has a certain reference value for solving the water level control problem of similar intermediate pressure steam drum of gas unit.
