摘　　要：某核电常规岛汽轮机采用国外引进技术,高压主汽联合调节阀油动机和阀杆采用带丝扣的连接套连接,丝扣为细牙螺纹,设备为进口件。针对安装时发生的连接套螺纹咬死,通过对多个方案的分析、比较,选定切割连接套的方法,重新提供新连接套,在原销孔90°位置重新配钻销孔来解决,为同类问题的处理提供借鉴。A nuclear power conventional island steam turbine adopts imported technology.The high-pressure main steam combined control valve hydraulic oil driving valve stem are connected by a connecting sleeve with thread.The thread is fine tooth thread,and the equipment is imported.During installation,the threads of the connecting sleeve are jammed.Through the analysis and comparison of several schemes,the method of cutting the connecting sleeve is selected,a new connecting sleeve is provided,and the pin hole is re drilled at the 90°position of the original pin hole.This paper provides reference for the treatment of similar problems.
