摘  要:D-泛酸钙又名维生素B5(VB5),是辅酶A的组成部分,可以参与糖、脂肪、蛋白质的代谢。混旋泛解酸内酯拆分后得D-泛解酸内酯和L-泛解酸内酯,D-泛解酸内酯与3-氨基丙酸钙的甲醇溶液反应,经过结晶、离心、烘干得到D-泛酸钙。L-泛解酸内酯去消旋得到混旋泛解酸内酯即DL-泛解酸内酯,再去拆分工序拆分。文章介绍泛酸钙生产过程中消旋工艺优化情况,分析物料消耗、热能利用、废水的减排等方面对企业生产效益的影响。D-calcium pantothenate, also known as vitamin B;(VB;), is a component of coenzyme A, which can participate in the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein. D-pantoic acid lactone and L-pantoic acid lactone are obtained after the separation of the mixed pantoic acid lactone. The D-pantoic acid lactone is reacted with the methanol solution of calcium 3-aminopropionate, and drying to obtain D-calcium pantothenate. L-pantoic acid lactone is de-racemized to obtain slurred pantoic acid lactone, namely DL-pantoic acid lactone, and then go to the resolution process for separation. The paper introduces the optimization of the racemization process in the production process of calcium pantothenate, and analyzes the influence of material consumption, heat energy utilization and waste water emission reduction on the profitability of enterprises.
