摘 要:目的提出石化流体管道噪声治理技术方法并对其效果进行评价。方法选择某石化装置的压缩机排气管线和热力管道作为治理对象,利用Casella CEL630声级计对其噪声源强度和频谱进行检测。根据噪声源识别分析并结合现场工艺状况设计阻尼减振和吸隔声包扎和真空降噪的技术方法并进行工程实践。结果实施后对压缩机排气管线的噪声强度检测结果显示,距离管道30 cm处的噪声由实施前的102.3~104 dB(A)降低为83.4~85.6 dB(A),热力管道90°弯头采用真空降噪技术后效果检测显示距离管道30 cm处的噪声由实施前的103.9 dB(A)降低为70.2 dB(A)。结论阻尼减振和吸隔声包扎和真空降噪能有效降低石化流体管道噪声。Objective To provide noise control technology of petrochemical fluid pipeline and conduct effect evaluation.Methods The compressor exhaust pipeline and thermal pipeline of a petrochemical plant were selected as the control objects,and the intensity and frequency spectrum of the noise source were detected by using the Casella CEL630 sound level meter.According to the identification and analysis of noise sources,the technical methods of damping vibration reduction,sound absorption bandaging and vacuum noise reduction were designed and implemented.Results The results of the noise test after the compressor exhaust line noise control showed that the noise at 30 cm from the pipe was determined by the pre-implementation 102.3~104 dB(A)to 83.4~85.6 dB(A),and heat pipe from 103.9 dB(A)before implementation to 70.2 dB(A)after implementation.Conclusion Damping vibration reduction,sound absorption bandaging and vacuum noise reduction can effectively reduce fluid pipe noise in petrochemical enterprises.
