摘 要:目的对大型空压机噪声危害特征进行分析并提出治理技术方案。方法选择某石化热电装置的大型空压机作为研究对象,利用声成像和声级计对其主要声源辐射部位、噪声强度和频谱特征进行分析。基于声源识别分析结果并结合现场工况设计隔声、消声、阻尼减振降噪等技术方案对大型空压机进行高噪声治理,同时通过模块化结构设计和良好通风散热设计满足设备检修和安全稳定运行要求。结果噪声检测结果显示,空气过滤器噪声强度由93.9 dB(A)降为65.8 dB(A),空压机本体噪声强度由99.5 dB(A)降为81.7~84.2 dB(A),干燥罐导淋口处噪声强度由109.6 dB(A)降为80.4 dB(A)。结论噪声特征分析和综合治理方案可有效解决石化行业大型空压机噪声危害控制难题。Objective To analyze the noise hazard characteristics of large air compressors and put forward the treatment technology.Methods The large air compressors of a petrochemical thermoelectric unit were selected as the research objects,and the radiation position,noise intensity and spectral characteristics of the main sound source were analyzed by acoustic imaging and sound level meter.Based on the analysis results of sound source identification and combined with the field working conditions to design the technical solution of sound insulation,noise elimination,damping vibration reduction and noise reduction,the high noise control of large air compressors was carried out.At the same time,the requirements of equipment maintenance and safe and stable operation were met through the design of modular structure and good ventilation and heat dissipation.Results The noise detection results showed that the noise intensity of the air filter decreased from 93.9 dB(A)to 65.8 dB(A),the noise intensity of the air compressor body decreased from 99.5 dB(A)to 81.7~84.2 dB(A),and the noise intensity of the drying tank inlet decreased from 109.6 dB(A)to 80.4 dB(A).Conclusion Noise characteristics analysis and comprehensive control scheme can effectively solve the problem of noise hazard control of large air compressors in petrochemical enterprises.
