摘　　要：在生产过程中,工艺装备可以起到保证产品加工尺寸、提高生产效率、确保安全生产以及减轻劳动强度等作用。工装的设计、制造、使用和管理,体现了企业管理的工艺技术水平针对当前中小企业工装管理混乱现状,提出了建立企业工装管理模式的策略与措施通过构建质量管理体系框架,采取确定工装管理流程、落实相关人员职责、实行工装差异性管理、制订工装编号方法、完善工装评审制度等措施,使工装管理有效可控,从而提高企业技术水平和运行效率,为企业开发高质量产品提供有力保障,增强企业的市场竞争力。In the production process, process equipment can play a role in ensuring the product processing size, improving production efficiency, ensuring safe production and reducing labor intensity. The design, manufacture, use and management of tooling reflect the technological level of enterprise management. Inview of the current chaotic situation of tooling management in small and medium-sized enterprises, strategies and measures for establishing enterprise workwear management mode are proposed. By constructing a quality management system framework, taking measures to determine the process of tooling management, implementing the responsibilities of relevant personnel, implementing tooling differentiation management,formulating tooling numbering methods, and improving the tooling evaluation system, tooling management is made effective and controllable, so as to improve the technical level and operational efficiency of the enterprise, provide a strong guarantee for the development of high-quality products, and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
