摘　　要：介绍了模具滑车在装配过程中产生的问题和对制件的影响,针对问题点分析了各个影响因素,并对影响因素进行了详细的剖析,制定了有效的解决方法,验证了最终的效果,以实际生产中的实例为汽车覆盖件因为滑车装配问题产生高棱的整改提供了参考。This paper introduces the problems in the assembly process of die pulley and its influence on product parts, analyzes various influencing factors according to the problem points,and analyzes the influencing factors in detail, an effective solution is formulated and the final effect is verified, which provides a reference for the rectification of the high-edge caused by the assembly problem of the pulley of the automobile cover parts with the actual production examples.
