摘  要:基于材料热力学计算软件JMatPro 7.0对热锻模具用钢55NiCrMoV7的平衡相组成、CCT曲线等热物理参数性能进行了计算及预测,热力学计算结果表明:55NiCrMoV7的奥氏体化温度Ac_(1)=617.36℃,Ac_(3)=782.31℃。该钢的密度与杨氏模量与温度呈负相关趋势,而合金的热导率与泊松比则与温度呈现正相关趋势。并对该模具钢的TTA图CCT图进行了计算绘制,预测了马氏体转变温度等相关材料参数,还计算了不同冷却速度下的显微组织组成,以期为热锻模的热处理工艺提供基础材料参数。Based on the material thermodynamic calculation software JMatPro 7.0,the equilibrium phase composition,CCT curve and other thermophysical parameters of 55NiCrMoV7 steel for ho forging die are calculated and predicted.The thermodynamic calculation results show that the austenitizing temperature of 55NiCrMoV7 is Ac_(1)=617.36℃,Ac_(3)=782.31℃.The density and Young’s modulus of the steel have a negative correlation with temperature,while the therma conductivity and Poisson’s ratio of the alloy have a positive correlation with temperature.The paper also calculates and draws the TTA diagram and CCT diagram of the die steel,and predicts the martensite transformation temperature and other relevant material parameters,in order to provide basic material parameters for the heat treatment process of hot forging die.
