摘　　要：志愿服务作为高校思想政治教育的活动载体之一,其重要特征与特殊价值对推进高校全方位育人、实现立德树人起到了重要作用。志愿服务本身具备可优化性,在新时代,应采用加强目标引导、强化资源整合、凸显特色优势、紧贴时代发展等方略,充分发挥其在大学生思想政治教育中的载体作用。As one of the carriers of ideological and political education in universities,voluntary service plays a significant role in promoting all-round education in universities with its important characteristics and special values.In addition,it has the ability of optimization.Under the background of the new era,we are required to give full play to its role as a carrier in university students’ideological and political education by strengthening target guidance and resource integration,highlighting characteristics and advantages,and following the development of the times.
